The Holidays can magnify the pain and distress of having lost someone you love. Participants in this supportive workshop will learn about the many dimensions of grief as well as specific strategies for managing holiday traditions and gatherings during this difficult time.
This program is particularly valuable to those who may be facing the holidays without their loved one for the first time and is designed for adults.

La temporada navideña puede magnificar el dolor y la angustia de haber perdido a un ser querido. Los participantes en este programa de apoyo aprenderán acerca de las muchas dimensiones del duelo, así como estrategias específicas para manejar las tradiciones y reuniones navideñas durante este momento difícil.
Este programa, diseñado para adultos, es especialmente valioso para aquellos que pueden estar enfrentando la temporada navideña sin su ser querido por primera vez.
Este es un servicio comunitario gratuito presencial y está abierto a todas las personas. Todos los asistentes deberán presentar comprobante de vacunación y usar una mascarilla.
