Please join us in welcoming five exceptional new members to the Providence Community Health Foundation Napa Valley Board of Directors.
Becky Barlow, Wendi Grba, Dave Ficeli, Kyle Iverson, and Becca Reichenberger bring a dynamic mix of leadership, industry expertise, and heartfelt commitment to community service. From agricultural health and the wine industry to leadership development, public service, and compassionate care, each adds a distinct perspective that will strengthen our work and help advance our mission across Napa Valley.
Rebecca "Becky" Barlow
Becky Barlow serves as CEO of the California Winegrower Foundation (Ag Health Benefits Alliance), where she supports agricultural employers with innovative benefits solutions, and she also leads its Educational Foundation, expanding scholarship opportunities for farmworker families. A licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent, Becky pairs professional expertise with deep nonprofit leadership, serving on the APMA board and as Secretary for Connolly Ranch. A longtime Napa resident, she and her husband of 37 years cherish time with their children and two young granddaughters.
Dave Ficeli
Dave Ficeli, co-owner of Goosecross Cellars, brings decades of entrepreneurial leadership in the wine industry, from global brands to his family-run Napa Valley winery. Passionate about agriculture and hospitality, he is equally committed to sustainability, working on local water access initiatives and serving on the Groundwater Sustainability Advisory Committee. His philanthropic spirit is deeply personal, shaped by his father’s experience with early-onset dementia, and reflected in his family’s support of causes like the Alzheimer’s Association and St. Jude. Dave enjoys coaching youth sports and staying active in the community he has called home for 25 years.
Wendi Grba
Wendi Grba recently retired from a 17-year career at Nestlé USA, where she led supply chain and leadership development initiatives focused on training, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Since moving to Napa, she has quickly become a hands-on contributor to our work, strengthening our Gala Committee and enhancing the Master Minds and Mind Boosters programs through thoughtful curriculum development and practical tools for participants. Wendi also partners across teams to streamline processes and introduce smart, efficient solutions.
Kyle Iverson
A lifelong Napa resident, Kyle Iverson brings a strong record of public service and community leadership, currently serving his third term on the Napa Valley College Board of Trustees. As Principal Broker at Iverson & Schrette Insurance Services, he draws on deep expertise in health and life insurance to guide individuals, families, and businesses through complex decisions, and extends that knowledge through his Napa Valley Register column, “The Health Insurance Guys.” Known for his approachable style, Kyle is deeply invested in the wellbeing of his community and the future of local education.
Becca Reichenberger
Becca Reichenberger combines a passion for health and wellness with a deeply personal commitment to compassionate care. A former medical device professional turned Certified Nutrition Therapist, she now channels her energy into volunteering, including hospice care and leadership at Grace Episcopal Church. Her connection to hospice work is rooted in her own family’s experience with loss and dementia, inspiring her to walk alongside others during life’s most tender moments. At home in St. Helena, she finds joy in cultivating her land, caring for animals, and gathering friends around the table to share food, wine, and meaningful connection.
