Our Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center is here to provide answers, support, and guidance every step of the way. Through education, support groups, caregiver consultations, and trusted resources, families gain the tools and confidence they need to navigate the challenges of memory loss.
What is Give!Guide?
The Give!Guide is an annual community giving campaign organized by CanDo Napa Valley that connects local donors with nonprofit organizations making a difference throughout Napa County. From November 1 through December 31, community members can support causes they care about while helping strengthen the programs and services that make our region a healthier, more compassionate place to live.
This year, we're proud to once again participate in Give!Guide with a focus on supporting local families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
