This in-person Support Group is located in Napa.
Maximum support group size is 12 so early registration is recommended.
Participants must meet with our social worker before joining the group.

Are you looking for a group setting to find others who are caring for someone with a chronic health condition?
Whether you have been caring for someone for many years or recently find yourself a new care-partner, our support group can help you connect with others experiencing similar situations.
This group is led by our Medical Social Worker who will introduce group topics, provide clinical advice/suggestions, and guidance for the group.
This is a free group offered to Napa County community members.
