From building and leading the award-winning Adult Day Health Care program to spearheading transformative initiatives such as Dementia-Capable Napa County and Providence PACE, she has consistently championed innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of an aging population. Her work not only improves care delivery but also fosters dignity, independence, and connection for those we serve.
Recognized as a trusted and collaborative leader, Celine has cultivated strong partnerships at the local, regional, and statewide levels. Her leadership continues to drive meaningful progress in healthcare access, dementia services, and healthy aging—grounded in a deep commitment to community-centered care.
