Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia can be stressful at the best of times. With the current COVID-19 restrictions, it can be downright challenging. For the person with Alzheimer’s, the changes in routine and familiarity can be confusing and disorienting, while the caregiver may experience exhaustion, isolation, and frustration.
