Experience Caregiver Support

Professional helpful caregiver and handicapped senior woman. Daughter cares for mother. Health visitor and a senior woman during visit. Careful caregiver taking care of the patient, outdoors.

You don’t have to navigate the caregiving journey alone.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming, stressful, and isolating. Our free Caregiver & Care Partner Support Groups provide a safe, welcoming space where family members, spouses, partners, and friends can connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving.

Led by our Medical Social Worker, each group offers:

  • Emotional support and encouragement
  • Practical caregiving tips and coping strategies
  • Guidance from a qualified professional
  • Information about community resources
  • Meaningful connections with fellow caregivers

Whether you’re new to caregiving or have years of experience, you’ll find understanding, support, and a sense of community.
