This limited online series is designed for current hospice and community members anticipating the death of someone they love.

Together we will explore coping strategies, communication, legacy planning, practical matters and support from medical social workers and peers in the group.

There is a maximum of 8 space for this program to ensure there is time for all to participate and share, so early registration is recommended.
