Early-Stage Grief Workshop

The holidays can magnify the stress of having lost someone you love. Not least, we live in a death-averse society, and seldom have access to learning about the process of grief.

This is a workshop designed to provide information on grief and mourning. You’ll learn about the many dimensions of grief and about strategies for managing potentially stressful holiday gatherings.
