Since starting PACE on May 1, 2023, the program has steadily grown to where we now provide comprehensive care to 62 seniors with complex medical needs. PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that allows the participant—usually a person who is nursing home eligible—to be cared for in their residence, where they want to be.
Not only does PACE provide primary care, but it also schedules medical appointments, provides free transportation to and from appointments, and offers optical and dental care along with occupational and physical therapy. PACE participants also can participate in our Adult Day Healthcare program. For many participants with Medicare and MediCal, there are no copayments for these services.
“PACE provides comprehensive and coordinated care to our participants by a team of highly skilled professionals who understand what matters most to our participants,” sats Celine Regalia, Director of Operations. “We bring them relationship and provide them the dignity and compassionate care that all elders deserve to help them age in place in their home and their community.”
