Grief Support Group (Ongoing)
A weekly drop-in support group for adults who have lost a loved one.
These groups are open to the public and are free of change.
Thursdays, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Learning to Live with Loss
This highly-regarded eight-week grief support group is designed to ease the pain of those who have experienced the loss of a loved one, no matter how recent. The group provides a safe environment where feelings and experiences can be shared in a safe setting. Grief therapist Janeen Fabulae MFT, provides support, guidance and materials for this program’s participants.
Monday Afternoons 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
March 5, 12, 19, 26, and April 2, 9, 16, 23.
Thursday evenings 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

The Holidays can magnify the stress of having lost someone you love. Participants in this supportive workshop will learn about the many dimensions of grief as well as specific strategies for managing holiday traditions and gatherings. His is a free community service and open to all adults.
