Collabria Care Completes its Integration with Providence;
Unveils the Providence Brand

Asset 2@2x

Collabria Care, Napa Valley’s only locally based nonprofit organization with services for the seriously ill and those at the end of life, announced today that it is in the process of a major rebrand, following its integration with the Providence health system four years ago.

For more than 40 years, Collabria Care, founded as Hospice of Napa Valley, has grown and expanded its programs and services in response to the needs of the Napa Valley community. Its integration with Providence allows it to build on its existing services and streamline admission and administrative processes, through three major service lines:

  • Providence Hospice Napa Valley
  • Providence Palliative Care Napa Valley
  • Providence Adult Day Health Napa Valley

These programs are supported by the fundraising arm of the organization, now known as Providence Community Health Foundation Napa Valley, which continues to ensure that all donations, including bequests, are used locally and exclusively for our community.

“Our name is changing, but we are still your local, nonprofit provider for Adult Day Health and Alzheimer’s/Dementia Services, Palliative and Hospice Services, and Grief Support,” said Celine Regalia, Executive Director.  “Our Staff, Leadership, and Volunteers remain the same. Our Board now oversees our Community Health Foundation.  Together with Providence, we will continue expanding our unique continuum of care, addressing gaps in care, and supporting all of those who are seriously ill or at the end of life and want to remain in their home—in our community.”

If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please don’t hesitate to contact our Foundation Office at (707) 254-4157.
