DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Caring for a loved one with a chronic health condition can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging, stressful, and isolating. Whether you have been a caregiver for years or are just beginning your caregiving journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.\nOur free caregiver support group offers a safe, supportive space to connect with others who understand the realities of caregiving. Participants can share experiences, learn practical strategies, gain emotional support, and discuss challenges with people facing similar situations.\nThe group is facilitated by a licensed Medical Social Worker who provides guidance, introduces relevant topics, and offers professional insight and resources to help caregivers build confidence and resilience.\nThis group is offered free of charge to Napa County community members.\nRegistration is required.
