His farm-to-table approach and versatility are a reflection of his wonderfully diverse career path, from the Hotel Bel-Air and Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles to Roy’s Kahana Bar & Grill on Maui to Brix Restaurant in the Napa Valley. As a former chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Chef Tod is a master at teaching and demonstrating the culinary arts and matching food with wine—skills he now shares with winery guests.
